AMBER INTENSIVES
Alexander Mind/Body Experiential Re-Education

These study intensives are especially designed for teachers who want to hone in their skills and understanding under discerning supervision and guidance.

AMBER Intensives recognise the psycho-physical nature of Alexander lessons.  Lessons empower the individual through teaching the practice of conscious inhibition and direction in daily life activities and interactions.  The atmosphere of the intensives is peaceful, mindful and supportive in order to facilitate a learning environment.
